    In short

Elevate Learning uses only the cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work. We don't use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind, so there is nothing to switch off.

  2. 02

    What we set

These are set by elevatelearning.us itself:

    • Sign-in cookie (authjs.session-token): keeps you signed in. It lasts up to 30 days, or until you sign out. Without it you can't use your account.
    • Security cookies (authjs.csrf-token, authjs.callback-url): protect the sign-in form from forgery and remember where to send you after you sign in. They expire when you close the browser or shortly afterwards.
    • Browser storage (not cookies): “el-intro” remembers for this visit that you've seen the opening animation; “el-cookie-notice” remembers that you've seen the cookie notice; and in class “el-whiteboard-text-size” and “el-presentation-tool” remember your last text size and drawing tool. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.

    What others set

The live video in a class comes from Daily (daily.co) and runs inside the class page. Daily may keep technical settings on your device, such as your chosen camera, microphone and speakers, so the next call starts the way you left it. That is part of providing the call; we don't use it to track you.

If you choose “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Apple”, those companies' own cookies apply on their sign-in pages.

  4. 04

    Your choices

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block the sign-in cookie you won't be able to sign in. Clearing site data removes the small preferences above, and the site simply asks or resets them next time.

Questions about this policy? You can email sibtainsaleh02@gmail.com, message your child's teacher or any Elevate Learning admin, or, once signed in, use Profile → Your data.
