How do online sessions work?
Online classes happen live over video right inside your Elevate Learning dashboard. When it's time for class, click Join Class and you'll land in the classroom with your teacher on video and a live code editor side by side.
How do in-person sessions work?
For in-person classes, you'll pick a location and time when booking. Your teacher will confirm the details with you ahead of the session.
What tech do I need?
For online classes, a laptop or desktop with a camera, microphone, and a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox). No software installation needed: the Python editor runs entirely in your browser.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule or cancel a booked class at least 24 hours in advance at no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may be billed for the session. Reach out to your teacher or an admin if something comes up. Full refunds & cancellations policy.
Payment terms
Payment is handled personally between your family and Elevate Learning: cash, check, Zelle, or another method you arrange directly. Your dashboard always shows what's due and what's been paid, kept up to date by our admin team.
